Andi leads the Finance & Operations team at Prevista, joining the company in 2008. His precise and measured approach and eye for clear processes ensures the smooth running of the Finance Department. His attention to detail lends itself well to his work within including multisite operations, achievement of new quality marks and the financial management of organisational growth over the next 3-5 years. He has been a major contributor to the implementation of the CRM system and is a well respected authority within Prevista.

Andi joined Prevista after three successful years at Shape, the UK’s largest disability arts organisation. Previously he has held various senior positions within the public sector and large UK charities like British Red Cross. Originally from Albania Andi speaks four languages fluently.
