Charmaine joined Prevista in September 2010 as an expert in the field of welfare to work. She plays an instrumental role in the Employability arm of the company, working closely with unemployed people not in education employment or training. Often based in our South London offices, Charmaine works with Job Centres and Career Advisers right across London.
