Jamila

Jamila decided to enroll onto the Team Leading Level 2 qualification with Prevista. However, before the first task had been assigned, Jamila asked to be withdrawn; she doubted her ability to commit to studying and had lost interest.

Her tutor, Gayane, saw her potential and persuaded Jamila to stay on the programme, assuring her that she could study at her own speed. Together, they worked to find the right pace and Jamila is now nearing the end of her qualification. Recently, Jamila was reflecting on her journey with Prevista and said that it had been highly interesting and helped her learn a variety of new information.

Overall, Jamila has been surprised by her own abilities and has become very proud of her achievements. She is now even asking about any steps that she can take to expand her knowledge further, a huge transformation.
