Creative Islington
Prevista work with grass roots local networking agency to promote Apprenticeship opportunities to young people aged 16 – 24 wanting to work in the creative and cultural sector.
Creative Islington is an independent networking organisation designed to bring businesses and individuals together throughout the borough. With a strong track record of working with Prevista helping people find work, the partnership is now focusing on Apprenticeships.
As part of the recent platform festival, Prevista and Creative Islington held a market-style event for young Apprentices trying to find work in the Creative and Cultural industries. With presentations from local names in theatre and music, the event gave young people a chance to ‘Meet the Employer’ and understand ‘How I Succeeded in the Arts’.
