Crimson Tazvinzwa has opened up a host of new working opportunities for himself by undertaking and achieving a recognised qualification in Management with Prevista.
Within one year of completing his Level 3 award in Management, Crimson is already looking to tackle the Level 5 qualification. His level of responsibility has increased and there is a whole world of new opportunities open to him that were not possible before. As a major part of Crimson’s professional development, Prevista made sure his qualification contained as much useful hands on experience as possible, helping him gain practical benefits from the training.
After meeting both Zak Islam and Gonia Miksch during his time working with Prevista, Crimson commented enthusiastically that he “would definitely recommend Prevista to anyone who was considering completing a management qualification”. Zak was “very friendly, and thoroughly explained the whole assessment criteria of the qualification. He was clear and ensured that my individual needs would be met”.
Gonia then guided him throughout the QCF, and was “helpful, approachable and enthusiastic during the 5 visits she took to my workplace.”
Working with 14 – 19 year olds as the Education and Programme Manager for Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme, Crimson is involved with a wide range of community projects and strives to support young people develop life skills and confidence needed to succeed.
