Prevista secure exclusive contract with multinational organisation ROC to deliver all employment support in London as they look to engage larger employers.

This new contract with retail giants ROC indicates a significant shift in Prevista’s engagement strategy with a much greater focus being given to larger accounts both in London and across the UK. Assistant Director of Marketing and Sales James West reveals that “Prevista can really see the value in working with large employers like ROC. We have invested in Account Managers whose job it is to seek solutions for larger employers such as Apprenticeships, work placements and NEET provision. All of which have the potential to drive efficiencies and profit levels in the businesses we serve”.

Reacting to a gap with ROC’s current supplier, Prevista moved quickly and met with Training and Development Manager Morgan Robertson-Morrice. She commented that she “found Prevista to be professional and very efficient, they have worked hard to fit their own Apprenticeship programme around the needs of my business and thus far I have been very impressed”.

While not loosing site of the close relationship they have with grass route organisations, this new influx of larger employers could well be the way forward for Prevista. Allowing them to operate on a much more efficient and sustainable footing, their transition into this market has shown great early results and is promising to play a big part in the company’s future.
