Prevista and ROC waste no time in rolling out apprenticeships and training to 52 Esso stores right across London.
Multinational company ROC recently awarded Prevista the contract to deliver Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning to all stores within the M25. Working with internal staff, committing to an efficient and specifically tailored package of support, Prevista integrated ROC’s existing training with their Apprenticeship structure, significantly reducing costs and time needed for each new learner. It was imperative to ROC that Prevista’s intervention caused minimal disruption to the working day of Esso staff.
Within just two weeks of agreeing the contract, Prevista had planned out a recruitment strategy as well as creating a range of branded marketing collateral. Job vacancies have already been identified and recruitment for Apprentices has already begun.
Morag Robertson-Morrice commented that she has: “found Prevista to be professional and very efficient, they have worked hard to fit their own Apprenticeship programme around the needs of my business and thus far I have been very impressed”.
Morag is the Training and Development Manager at ROC and has been working closely with Jo Giles, Prevista Account Manager.
With stores right across the UK and this initial pilot off to a flying start, ROC and Prevista are hoping to work together and grow this partnership in the future.
