Our Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship is the perfect programme for meeting the aspirations of both new and experienced sales people.

During our initial assessment we will identify which mix of modules to transform your sales staff ranging from Commercial and Financial Acumen to Customer Experience Management to Continuous Professional Development.

We have co-designed our 18 month qualification framework with industry leading employers to ensure our modules and content are relevant, effective and beneficial to your staff’s working life over the long term. Our blended teaching consists of both group and 1:1 practical and theory based learning, using innovative digital and e-learning tools to ensure with your Sales Team learn what they need to succeed whilst using what they need to grow.

Who is eligible for the Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 & Assessment Criteria?
An apprenticeship is a focused learning programme intent on assisting learners to develop new skills and enhance their knowledge. For some it can be an opportunity to ‘learn while you earn’ and for others it can support their development if they have recently been promoted or tasked with additional responsibilities. At the end of the programme your staff will have developed the skills, experience and gained a nationally recognised qualification that will support their ability to drive your Company’s turnover and profits.

The Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 is an ‘Advanced Apprenticeship’, equivalent to a foundation degree. The qualification will be suitable for learners who are new to a career in sales or those with less than 12 months experience. We will teach the knowledge, skills and behaviours essential in both B2B and B2C, from understanding client requirements to and building business relationships, through to negotiating and closing deals.

Assessment Criteria:
• Functional Skills: GCSE Level 2 Maths and English.
• Duration: The duration of this apprenticeship is 14 months, and 80% of the learning is delivered ‘on the job’. The programme involves classroom training, e-Learning, tutor support, coaching and project-based work.
• Professional recognition: Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Association of Professional Sales (APS).
