DWP ESF Hertfordshire LEP Contract Success

Prevista is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a contract from the Department of Work and Pensions to deliver a two year programme which will support the upskilling of Health & Social Care learners and drive local productivity and growth in the Hertfordshire LEP region. Through our ‘Growing Care for Skills’ programme we will deliver services and activities which will improve learners’ basic skills and support them to achieve either a Level 2 qualification, or gain Level 3 qualifications which can lead to further higher Apprenticeships.

Through the delivery of this pan-LEP programme we will deliver provision which enhances learners’ access to lifelong learning and takes participants through a tailored, flexible journey which upgrades their knowledge, skills and competence and upskills them to gain higher wages and enhances their personal and professional career prospects.

This contract will support our growing provision in the Hertfordshire LEP region which has recently included the successful delivery of the ESF Skills Support for the Workforce programme.

Prevista’s Director of Operations, Salik Miah, comments:

“I am delighted with the opportunity to utilise our infrastructure and partnerships to deliver this service for learners in Hertfordshire. We have developed excellent links with local employers and key stakeholders and will deliver this programme to transform the lives of residents in Hertfordshire”.
