To build the most effective supply chains we are keen to hear from organisations which offer end to end delivery for young people – from customer engagement and action planning through to progression into sustainable learning and employment opportunities, as well as those organisations who are best placed to deliver specialist interventions that will address specific barriers to learning and employment faced by 16 to 17 year old Londoners.

There is more information available on this opportunity on Contracts Finder at: <a

This contrasts to national non-MyWorkSearch outcomes of 133 days and only 20%. These initiatives combine to empower the Young Person to become fully involved in the process of finding employment.

The tools provide a proven and positive impact on beneficiaries:

Addressed and improved psychology of work ethic and the breaking of the disadvantage cycle

The removal of established barriers to training and employment through targeted 1-2-1 interventions

Increased life choices/prospects through integrated Skills for Life development and the normalising of employment

Increased economic choice, personal impact and drive through self help and personal investment decisions

Participation on the IAPT pathway will provide beneficiaries with ongoing support before and after they have commenced employment.

Carol Morris, Jobcentre Plus North London District Manager, said “This programme really excites me. It represents a real investment, and confidence, in the Young People of North London”

Quality Apprenticeships

Uncategorized
<guid
