Prevista is delighted to announce that in March 2017 we were awarded Investors in People (IiP) Gold, the highest possible level of IiP accreditation achieved by only 20% of organisations who complete the IiP process. This is fantastic external recognition of our commitment to our staff’s learning and development.
The IiP online assessment was sent to all Prevista employees and interviews were carried out with a cross section of staff from all levels and departments. The independent IiP report states:
“Interviews confirm the openness of the culture and the variety of ways in which they are supported to perform to the best of their ability; Prevista continues to operate with considerable transparency, which is reflected in the collegiate nature of the Company and Team Briefing sessions. The Company Briefings are characterised with genuine two-way flow of information and ideas, with break out groups to identify solutions for key challenges a regular feature”.
We achieved an exceptionally strong set of results across all nine indicators and 27 themes, with particularly strong results for the indicators, ‘Managing performance’, ‘Creating sustainable success’ and ‘Structuring work’.
Prevista’s Managing Director, James Clements Smith, is delighted with the outcome:
“This award is a testament to our commitment to the development of our staff via internal and externally sourced training and our culture of promoting from within; providing the space and opportunity for individual’s to reach their full potential”.
Prevista’s Head of Human Resources, Alison Raphael, adds:
“I am personally very proud of this achievement. It confirms that Prevista is a great place to work with a satisfied workforce committed to developing themselves and improving the lives of employed and unemployed people across London”
