Following the award of a contract in late 2016, Prevista has swiftly mobilised delivery of the DWP Troubled Families contract in South London.
Based out of our office in Sutton and outreach sites across Merton, Kingston and Richmond, we provide support to the hardest to help families in the region.
Led by our experienced Project Manager Richie Hamden, our team of caseworkers provide holistic wraparound support leading to job outcomes. Our multilingual caseworkers are highly trained to deal with every conceivable issue blocking the path to sustained employment including domestic violence, childcare issues, intergenerational worklessness, lack of education, low skills and lack of confidence.
Through this programme we expect to support 273 families over a three year period. Project Manager Richie Hamden comments:
“I am thrilled with the team, infrastructure and partnerships we have set up. Our Case Workers have all the attributes needed to transform lives across South London, our premises are fully equipped with the jobsearch tools our clients need and we have the support of key stakeholders such as all relevant local authority teams and housing associations to make this project a resounding success”
