As a strategic leader or Key Manager of an organisation with more than 5 employees, you could be eligible for up to £500 of unmatched funding with a further £500* available on a matched basis.  



Funded by the Learning and Skills Council, the grant funds training for Senior Managers and strategic decision makers to develop leadership skills, which will in turn help business growth.Training, 1:2:1 Activity and Mentoring are all fundable.
 
How it Works

A Leadership & Management Specialist Adviser will discuss with  your company your needs.

  • The Leadership & Management Specialist Adviser will help you to develop a Personal Development Plan which clearly identifies your requirements
  • The Leadership & Management Specialist Adviser  is impartial and will support you by finding you the course appropriate to your needs
  • If you are eligible, £1,000 inc. VAT funding will be made available for the training you require.
