What is an NVQ?

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are proof your staff do their jobs effectively, efficiently and to a high nationally recognised standard.

They demonstrate the employees skills, knowledge and understanding of their role within the workplace. NVQs have evolved to meet the needs of the modern business world and continue to evolve in line with legislation and technical competiveness.

Employers play a vital role in contributing to the development of the standards for NVQs, which means they are regularly reviewed to match employers business needs.There are no age limits and no limits to the opportunities NVQs create.
