Our LMSAs are professional, SFEDI accredited independent advisers who have in depth knowledge of their industry specific sectors and far reaching networks.
LMSAs are supported by funding from the LSC which means they do not have a bias to any particular Training Provider, institution or mentoring organisation so you will receive impartial advice.
How does the service work?
As a Strategic or Key manager within an organisation expressing an interest in the Leadership & Management grant the first person you will speak with is an LMSA. The LMSA will meet with you to look at your and your organisation’s needs from a holistic approach. The LMSA will discuss how you want to develop yourself and where you want to take your organisation and the types of courses which will help you get there. Together you then look at the type of course you require, be it accredited or non-accredited.
The LMSA then sources the course which you feel best suits your requirements on your behalf and provides three options for you to choose from and if you decide to proceed will then put you in touch with your particular choice. Alternatively you may have a Training Provider in mind. The Leadership & Management course provider will then contact you to arrange commencement dates.
At no point does the LMSA leave the loop, they continue to be on hand to check you are happy with your chosen course.
What experience do they have?
Our LMSAs have extensive knowledge of the training available to you in the London region within the following specialist sectors:
