Skill FillSkill Fill was designed to promote a culture of workforce development amongst London’s SMEs. Funded through European Social Fund Objective 3, Skill Fill commenced in January 2005 and completed in December 2006. At an individual level, Skill Fill was designed to improve employee skills, raise intermediate accreditation in NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and engage and stimulate employees in lifelong learning. At the business level, Skill Fill aimed to target employees of SMEs that do not traditionally engage in learning and provide learning opportunities in topics that are crucial to business needs.
