These have met the requirements of Government initiatives and the needs of those communities and individuals affected.

We have worked for the London Borough of Islington council through the Reflex and Sied programme to foster entrepreneurial skills amongst hard to reach and culturally diverse communities.  This was achieved through developing community-based business advisers to build capacity in their communities. 

From early 2007, we also became the lead body for the Minority Businesses Diaspora Interchange (MBDI) which provides support and research around existing and new black and minority ethnic enterprises, giving these communities greater access to employment pathways and support systems.
