A productive, efficient and successful organisation is helped by having a skilled and competent workforce.  

Recent surveys show that in order for the UK economy to compete with other economies across the world we need to up-skill our workforce to maintain our economic longevity. 

The Skills Pledge is a voluntary pledge giving employers the opportunity to demonstrate publicly the importance in investing in their employees. 

By making the Skills Pledge, employers commit to support all their employees to develop basic literacy and numeracy skills and work towards a full level 2 qualification equivalent to five GCSEs A* to C.

Once registered you gain access to a free Skills Broker who is able to help you to identify your organisation’s skills gaps and work with you to design a training package that will best meet your needs.
