Brokerage >> Contribution to Wage Costs

There is a contribution to wage costs through the Train to Gain service supported by funding from the Learning and Skills Council. 

You could be eligible if your organisation employs no more than 50 full time employees.  The wage contribution can be either £5 per hour or the actual net hourly rate for the employees who are released for direct training with their training provider. The maximum claimable time is 70 hours.
