This free service connects you the employer with a Skills Broker who then works with you to find out your training needs. The Skills Broker is impartial and will source the training and the Training Providers which are best matched to your specific needs. The Skills Broker will be able to advise you on training that you might be able to access free of charge as well as training which may require additional funding from the employer.
Your personal Skills Broker is always available to assist you in sourcing future training. During the first year of this service our Skills Brokers have supported over 1,400 organisations in London, helping them to identify their training and business needs.
