We will deliver an innovative programme which supports activity to increase the labour market participation of Coast to Capital residents which will improve social inclusion and mobility across the region. This will include delivering a bespoke support and vocational support training programme, complemented by Work Experience or Work “Tasters”, to local residents aged 16+ who are seeking to return to the labour market. Activities will support residents to overcome the barriers they may face when moving into work (including self-employment) to enable them to progress onto a range of positive outcomes including employment, education, apprenticeships or traineeships.

All services and activities have been designed to meet the priorities identified by the Coast to Capital LEP.
