AARON

Aaron had no relevant qualifications and was eager to expand his knowledge to become a more valuable employee in his field of healthcare. Therefore, he decided to start the Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification with Prevista.

Aaron has had to face a variety of challenges throughout his apprenticeship. Following a tragic incident, it was difficult for him to find a new job and he had become demotivated at times. On top of this, Aaron also had to learn to navigate his new role as a father!

Despite this, Aaron has continued to persevere with the help of his tutor, Andrea. Together, they have been working tirelessly to complete this course on time; he has been recorded over the phone, attended meetings on the weekend and being under prolonged periods of observation. Because of his diligence, Aaron has learnt more about good working practice and procedures, meaning that a confidence in his style of care and abilities has blossomed.

Aaron currently works at the Bridgewood Residential and Nursing Home and his manager has been very supportive of his development. He is intending to continue his professional development and sign up to Health and Social Care Level 3.

We wish Aaron the best of luck in completing the rest of his course.
