Prevista has been working with Murphy Surveys, a leading land and engineering surveying company, with over 200 employees in Ireland and the UK to deliver bespoke management qualifications which meet their business needs. With our Ofsted Grade 2 accreditation, and highly talented team of Tutors, Prevista has been perfectly placed to transform the skills of the Murphy Surveys workforce.

Initially, Prevista provided a dedicated sector specialist Account Manager who worked with Murphy’s staff and developed a tailored Organisation Training Needs Analysis which reviewed staff learning needs and identified preferred methods of learning. This enabled Prevista to provide Murphy’s with a bespoke learning and development solution for their business. Prevista and Murphy’s co-designed training content, having analysed their internal business strategy and survey results, and fitted training around shift patterns and working practices.

Since then, 10 members of staff have been enrolled and the delivery of the management qualifications has begun. Training takes place in the workplace, through distance tutorials, webinars, online learning and classroom sessions, with additional support sessions provided for those learners with specific needs.
