"It’s not how far you fall but how high you bounce that counts".

Are you ready to elevate and take your career to the next level or even change industries? Bounce back is a dynamic project that aims to help employed people who live and work in London to retrain and upskill.

Part funded by the European Social Fund

"supporting both employers and employees working in sectors that have been hit the hardest by Covid 19."

Prevista are offering support to both employees and employers by giving members of the existing workforce the relevant skills and qualifications to move into positions that are understaffed.

EMPLOYEES

What will happen on the course?

You will be retrained and upskilled with digital skills and in technologies and advancements required now and forecasted for the future.

If you are seeking a career change we will arrange opportunities to match you with employers experiencing skills shortages.

'Bounce Back' will combat the identified skills shortages and will provide different levels of training; from basic skills through to higher/technical skills at Level 3 and above.

We will provide equal access to learning for all people  recognising the specific needs that you and/or others may have i.e., women, single parents, older people aged 50+ and/or those with disabilities/health conditions.

EMPLOYERS

We will deliver leadership and management training in Small and Medium size Enterprises (up to 250 employees) centred on recovering from the impact of the pandemic and Brexit, developing their working practices in line with the digitisation of services and products that the pandemic has accelerated.

We will support micro-businesses with training and development programmes e.g., policies and practices, so they can realise growth ambitions and recruit new staff, including those from priority groups fostering links with existing ESF and Priority 1.1 projects awarded through this latest round of procurement.

We will support the development mentoring skills among existing employees with skills shortages which will in turn enable them to use their expertise to train new employees according to the needs and opportunities within their sector.
