Habibul is a learner who joined the traineeship course eager to get the most out of life. It was clear that Habibul had a high work ethic but also the added pressure of his entire family depending on him.   

Through building a strong rapport with Habibul, he expressed that he wants to establish a successful career that is rewarding. We spent a considerable amount of time researching the fire and security industry along with the wide range of roles available along with the possibility for him to ultimately open his own business as he is entrepreneurial.

Our one-to-one discussions after lessons provided Habibul with the clarity and focus he has been lacking.

Fast forward two months since starting the course, Habibul has been nothing short of excellent. He attends lessons and engages to a high standard. His enthusiasm, participation and respectfulness has made him become a role model to other students.
