Xsara, attended PRU schools, was in trouble with the police, was a victim of abuse and had been left behind by her family.

Referred to Prevista by local authority Xsara would not walk in the building. Her anxiety of classrooms and education was holding her back.

Through the power of boxing, belief and trust Xsara started to open up and allow herself to learn new skills.

Twelve weeks later Xsara was employed and working as a landscaper/groundworker.

She also became an amateur boxer and lost 3 stone on the course.
