WENDY

Wendy set herself ambitious targets for her Business Administration Level 3 qualification. Her goal was to complete four advanced Functional Skills Level 2 assessments within 12 months on top of her normal workload for the Business Admin qualification. Wendy’s 12-month target became even more important to her when she became pregnant making her more determined to complete her assessments before going on maternity leave.

Together with her assessor, Gayane, they came up with a schedule for Wendy to help her stay on track. With hard work and focus, Wendy was able to stick to her schedule. She never missed a session and managed to complete all of her practice exercises to ensure she was able to stay on track and complete her assessments before going on maternity leave. Wendy is now looking forward to continuing her qualification when she returns to work
