Chief Executive Officer

Salik leads Prevista’s team of Performance Managers and MI & Claims Officers and is responsible for performance management of all external delivery.

Salik has 13 years’ experience working on skills, employment and enterprise contracts. Since joining Prevista in January 2012 Salik has been instrumental in strengthening Prevista’s management information, claims, compliance and control systems and has championed the use of intelligent data to drive performance across the business.

Executive Director

Faye re-joined Prevista in 2019 as Executive Director having previously held the role of Performance Director for 3 years in 2013 where she helped to secure various accreditations and oversaw the success of a number of programmes. Faye brings with her over 28 years of experience in the industry, including the Mayor’s office, GLA, and London Borough of Islington.

Head of Quality, Curriculum and Safeguarding

Jo is the guardian of our mantra that ‘Quality is at the heart of all we do’. Over 20 years diverse experience across education sector. Leads our curriculum and quality division driving excellent outcomes for vocational and apprenticeships courses. Joanne leads the core delivery team within the business and is our Safeguarding Lead.

Head of Partnerships

Mohamed has been with Prevista since 2015 and has over 23 years in employability, youth services, skills and enterprise development. He leads on partnership development and management. Mohamed engages with stakeholders gathering local intelligence working closely with Jo to ensure our innovative curriculum and provision is relevant to the localities and communities we work within now and for the future.
