Members of the Prevista Partnership Network (PPN) range from ‘one man bands’, strategic organisations such as Local Authorities to large national charities and providers.
This network of partners enables us to build effective supply chains tailored to the needs of some of the most disadvantaged members of society.
The effectiveness of our PPN activities has been recognised externally; we were the first SME ever to achieve the Department for Pensions Merlin Standard for Supply Chain Excellence, receiving a GOOD rating overall and EXCELLENT for supply chain design.

Prevista works with a diverse supply chain across our funding streams. These range from small niche providers and charities to colleges and large Primes.
In designing our supply chain, we take into account the scale of our supply chain member, their ability to deliver and the added value of specialist partners.
In designing our management fees, we follow the Merlin Standard and offer unit rates pre-tender and as part of the tender submission. Supply Chain Partners are offered unit prices and volumes before tender submission.
Depending on the size and scale of the programme, the management fee is between 15% and 22%. In addition to this, Prevista provides administration, Management Information, research and data collection services to supply chain partners – this includes capacity building, performance improvement techniques, telekits, partnership brokering and supply chain development. There is an annual fee for this ranging from £500 to £2,000.
