For this contract we will use our extensive local employer network to identify learners who require in-work upskilling support which will contribute to them gaining a qualification. We will deliver services and activities which will enable them to gain a recognised accredited qualification, providing bespoke training courses which will enhance their skills, increase the competitiveness of the employer’s business and boost the local economy in Hertfordshire.

We will provide a flexible service for all age groups in formal, non-formal and informal settings, upgrading their knowledge, skills and competencies, and promoting flexible pathways including careers guidance and the validation of acquired competencies to enable them to pursue a more ambitious career to improve their livelihoods.
