“Prevista literally listened to my dreams and made it a reality”

 Bolanle was a level 3 Childcare apprentice, was quite disengaged, and no longer wanted to stick through her course.

“I gave up the idea of continuing my course and stopped attending sessions” - Bolanle Ajose.

Her tutor, Baaba, was disheartened by this. So, she decided to sit her down and talk her through the course, showing her career opportunities, destinations, and the extra support that can be provided to her now. After this discussion, Baaba decided to coach Bolanle every two weeks, making sure she was caught up with classes, understood everything in detail, and also find ways to improve. 

With the extra coaching sessions, Bolanle was able to drastically improve her writing and reading skills and fully engage with her course. Now, Bolanle has completed her course. Here’s what she had to say, “I have improved on my work activities, and I have been promoted to a senior support worker. The apprenticeship has given me an understanding of how to support my clients in every area. I am glad that I met Prevista. I will definitely recommend this Provider to others”.
